5 stars when truffles (especially fall) are in season and on the menu. Great characteristic owner with a good local humble menu. If truffle is available, you will enjoy a remembering experience.
Eat and drink like a local and enjoy an elegant and skillfully prepared meal with local, natural wines. The owner speaks English and will help you navigate the menu, and also take you down into his 13th century wine cellar to find the right bottle for you - a great experience. You would pay double or triple for a meal and wine pairing of this quality in a bigger city center.
